Gubernatorial hopeful Robert Francis — or as he insists on being called “Beto” — O’Rourke is coming out swinging against Texas gun owners by attacking Constitutional Carry.
Let’s be real though, this is no surprise.
Democrats like Bitter Beto have been pounding their fists and screaming at the sky even before Constitutional Carry was passed earlier this year.
The ability of more Texans to protect themselves from rioters, would-be murderers, and rapists does not appeal to the Left because it does not give them more power or feed their ego.
When Texans can protect themselves, gun grabbers lose.
After nearly a decade long battle, Texas finally passed Constitutional Carry into law this year. But if anti-gun Democrats get their way, you can be sure it will be the first thing on the chopping block.
And even if Beto loses yet another campaign for office, his run will attract floods of money from National Democrats like Joe Biden and Michael Bloomberg.
This is exactly what happened in 2018, where many Republican districts flipped riding on the coattails of Beto’s failed run for Senate.
We are going to have to go toe-to-toe with the Beto-backing Gun Control Lobby this election season to expose their agenda. That’s why I need to make sure Texas Gun Rights has your support.

In Beto’s announcement video for his Governor run, he directly rebuked Constitutional Carry and the law’s supporters. He called people like you “divisive.”
That’s pretty rich coming from a politician famous for yelling “Hell yes, we’ll take your AR-15!” at Americans while running for president.
It is clear that Robert Francis will do anything to further chip away at your right to keep and bear arms, but he’s not the only threat facing gun owners.
Sadly, there are many RINOs in power who would rather cater to Democrats than listen to gun owning Texans.
Unfortunately, this comes as no surprise. Just look at Texas’ Lt. Governor Dan Patrick.
Besides delaying and fighting Constitutional Carry, he has openly advocated for “Universal Gun Registration” and pushed “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation hearings in Texas.
But don’t lose hope, Patriot. You see, getting good pro-gun policy is all about forcing bad politicians to do good things or removing them from office.
That is what I need your help with today.
It was only because of your pressure that Constitutional Carry was passed this year.
And in 2019, it was only because of your support that Texas Gun Rights was able to defeat Governor Abbott and Lt. Governor Patrick’s “Gun Control Roadshow” pushing “Red Flag” Gun Confiscation across the state.
Now, with the threat of slimy establishment Republicans and well-funded anti-gun termites like Beto O’Rourke, I need to know that you still have my back.
